Step 2
IntelliChoice Home Care meets with client/family and gathers information and sign consents.
Step 3
IntelliChoice Home Care works with your insurance/Medicaid as well as your physician to obtain authorization for care.
Step 4
IntelliChoice recruits current and future clinicians and presents quality staff for your selection.
Step 5
Client and/or Family selects date to transfer care.
Step 6
IntelliChoice coordinates all care with existing providers and your healthcare team.
